I am the administration - Observatory of innovation

The regional administration together with companies, SINAI agents and the citizens of Navarre make up the R&D&I Ecosystem. This is a quadruple helix in which the Government no longer plays the role of planner alone, but assumes the role of facilitator and promoter of this participative leadership, as guarantor of the process of continuous strategic reflection and the development of the proposals arising from this bottom-up process with the other participants: SINAI agents, companies and citizens.
